摘　　要：通过构筑数理模型,深入剖析了创业投资资金规模的影响因素。研究表明:在创业过程中,创业投资资金规模受到创业者努力工作的期望净收益率、创业者和投资者间信息不对称程度和创业者努力重要性3个因素影响。Through constructing the mathematical model,this paper explores the factors affecting the scale of investment funds. Result shows that the scale of investment funds is affected by the three factors in the entrepreneurial process. Expected net rate when entrepreneurs work hard,the degree of information asymmetry between entrepreneurs and investors,and the importance of the entrepreneurial efforts.
