摘　　要：我国外语培训机构繁多,出现了许多规模化、品牌化的外语教育公司,成为外语教育的重要组成部分。外语培训教育的成功,一定程度上取决于其在教学管理、师资建设、经营模式等方面的创新。尽管在不断改革,我国高校外语教育还存在许多问题。高校外语教育应借鉴外语培训机构的成功经验,进一步促进外语教学改革。There are thousands of foreign language training schools in China,many of which are large- scaled and branding and have become a very important part of foreign language education of China. The success of foreign language training education,to some extent,relies on the innovation of teaching management,construction of teaching staff and operation model. The reform of foreign language education in schools has been persistently going. However,there still exist many problems. Foreign language education in schools should learn from the training education and deepen its reform.
