摘  要:《灌装自动线调试与维护》是机电专业分级制改革四级试点课相。课相的开发依据机电一体化专业岗位分析,根据分级制标准确定教学目标;根据课相教学载体的特点,确定教学内容由对应相应工作岗位的5个项目组成。课相的实施过程中以学生为中心,采用教、学、训、做、评相融合的教学组织模式;紧贴企业,实现与企业"四统一";采用任务驱动,站点负责制,更好地发挥学生的主观能动性;评价方式引入企业标准,使学生能够更快胜任企业工作。"Automatic filling line debugging and maintenance" is the four stage of the reform of the mechanical and electrical professional grading system. Phase of the course is developed according to the mechanical and electrical integration of professional post analysis, according to the standard classification system to determine the teaching objectives; according to the characteristics of courses teaching carrier; determine the teaching content is composed of five items of corresponding jobs. Class phase of the implementation process to students as the center, the teaching organization mode of teaching, learning, training, and assessment phase fusion; close to the business, and enterprise "four unification" ; the use of task driven, system in charge of the site, better play to the students' subjective initiative; evaluation methods lead into the enterprise standards, to enable students to faster qualified enterprises.
