摘　　要：分析了国际航运业务管理专业开展岗位认知实习的必要性,指明了岗位认知实习的目的与要求,以浙江国际海运职业技术学院2013级国际航运业务管理专业岗位认知实习活动为例,详细说明了开展岗位认知实习的步骤及要求。In this paper, we clarified the objective and requirement of the post understanding practice and then in the case of the 2013 grade international shipping management specialty of Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational Technical College, elaborated on the steps and requirements of the post understanding practice.
