摘  要:中小学教师混合式培训是一种数字化环境下的新型培训与学习方式,与传统的教师培训相比,从形式到内涵都发生了明显的变化,呈现出人性化、自主化、发展化特征。要构建混合式培训的新模式,需要我们从需求着手,摸清参训教师的实际需要;以问题为出发点,组织贴近现实生活的课程资源;以任务为驱动,整合多种培训形式;以交流互动为基础,实现自主知识建构;以网络研修平台为支撑,实现多种培训资源的有效融合。Hybrid training for primary and secondary school teachers is a kind of new training and learning method in a digital environment. Compared with the traditional teacher training, obvious changes have taken place from form to connotation, showing the characteristics of humanity, democracy and development. To build a new model of the hybrid training, we need to start from the de- mand to understand the practical need of teacher participants ; with questions as a starting point, curriculum resources should be organ- ized to make it close to real life; driven by the task, a variety of forms of training should be integrated; based on the communication and interaction, autonomous knowledge construction should be realized; supported by network training platform, integration of various training resources should be achieved effectively.
