摘 要:为实现复杂产品设计过程中设计资源的合理分配与重用,对各类设计资源的聚合方式进行了研究。针对复杂产品设计过程中的设计资源组织与优化需求,提出了设计资源聚合方式的研究侧重点。对资源聚合进行了定义,并规范了资源聚合过程中应该遵循的原则。对设计资源的设计能力属性与设计行为方式进行了分析,建立了设计资源模型与设计能力模型。从设计能动性的角度提出了知识类资源模块化和实体类资源单元化两种聚合方式,并给出了相关实例。两种设计资源聚合方式被集成应用到弹箭产品集成设计平台中,相关功能模块的应用效果证明了两种设计资源方式的可行性。To realize rational allocation and reuse of design resources in complicated product's design process, the ag- glomeration methods of different design resources were researched. Key points of resources organization and optimi- zation were summarized with the demands of complicated product's design. Definition of resources agglomeration was described, and agglomeration rules were also proposed to regularize the resources agglomeration process. The design resource model and design ability model were established from the perspective of design ability attributes and design behaviors. From the standpoints of design behavior motility, modularization agglomeration method was put forward to organize the knowledge design resources, and virtual design unit agglomeration method was used to or- ganize the substantive design resources. Two Agglomeration cases were introduced to explain the agglomeration process of above methods. The two proposed design resources agglomeration methods were integrated into prototype system of missile integration design platform, and application results of relative function modules demonstrated the validity of these two methods.
