基于业务流程再造的高校研究生教育质量管理研究

摘　　要：对现有业务流程进行改造和优化,实现流程增值是业务流程再造理论的核心思想。高校硕士研究生教育质量管理也追求管理效率,希望用最小的成本来培养出更优秀、更多的人才。而将业务流程再造理论引入到高校硕士研究生教育质量管理中,是对现有研究生教育质量管理理论的进一步丰富和补充,为现有研究生教育质量管理提供了新的理论视角。西方发达国家高校早在20世纪70年代就已经将业务流程再造模型引入到研究生教育质量管理中,远远早于中国,因此,中国应该要结合自身的实际特点,在借鉴西方发达国家先进经验的基础上,努力构建适合中国高校硕士研究生教育质量管理的业务流程再造模型,进而进一步深化研究生教育改革。To transform existing business processes and optimized to achieve value-added process is business process reengineering core idea.Postgraduates Education Quality Management also pursue management rate,with a minimum of cost to develop a better,more talent,business process reengineering theory into Colleges Graduate Education Quality Management,graduate education of existing quality management theory further enrich and supplement,providing a new theoretical perspective for the existing postgraduate education quality management.Universities in Western countries as early as the 1970 shad the BPR model into postgraduate education quality management,much earlier than China,so China should be combined with their actual characteristics,learn from the advanced experience of the developed countries of the West basis of efforts to build business process reengineering model for postgraduate Education Quality Management Chinese universities,thus further deepening the reform of graduate education.
