摘　　要：文章分析了地方院校新办建筑学专业的人才培养模式特色创造的必要性,提出以"产学研用"合作为基本思路的应用型建筑学人才培养体系,并从人才培养机制、课程体系、实践教学平台及师资队伍建设四个方面阐述其构建途径。The paper analyses the necessity of talent training mode of local colleges which has just offer Archi-tecture, proposes applied talent cultivation system of architecture based on the cooperative idea of ＂enterprise -univer-sity- research- application＂, and puts forward the construction approaches in the aspects of talent training, curriculum system, practice teaching platform and teaching staff construction.
