宝鸡市市售食品中稀土元素含量的调查分析

摘　　要：目的为了解宝鸡市市售食品中稀土元素的含量水平,对市售的常见食品进行稀土元素的检测调查。方法从大型农贸市场、超市等地购买样品,按照食品卫生检验方法或理化工作手册进行检测分析。结果稀土元素在粮食中的检出率为93.8%,在新鲜蔬菜、新鲜水果、禽畜肉、禽畜肾和鲜冻水产品中的检出率均为100.0%。结论宝鸡市市售食品已存在稀土元素的污染,需要进一步加强监测,从环境、种植、饲养、生产等各个方面控制污染,保障人体健康。Objective To investigate the rare earth elements contents in market- sell food in Baoji,we monitored the rare earth elements in common food from market. Methods Food samples were mainly purchased from large farmers markets,supermarkets and other markets. The food samples were detected by the methods of food hygienic inspection and physicochemical workbook. Results The detection rate of rare earth elements in grain was 93. 8% and 100. 0% in fresh vegetables,fruits,meat,animal kidney,fresh and frozen aquatic products. Conclusion The contamination of rare earth elements does exist in food in Baoji markets. We should make further efforts to strengthen monitoring,control contamination from environment,seeding,feeding,production and so as to protect people＇s heath.
