摘  要:针对采用现行设计规范计算得到的结合梁剪力钉连接件受力无法真实反映其实际受力的情况,以一座两跨连续结合箱梁桥为例,对汽车荷载作用下剪力钉连接件的受力性能进行研究。比较采用杆系有限元模型和板壳-实体有限元模型计算结合梁连接件受力性能的差别,分析不同汽车荷载作用方式对连接件受力性能的影响。结果表明:板壳-实体有限元方法更能真实地反映荷载的整体与局部效应以及同一截面上连接件受力不均匀的情况,因此宜采用该方法计算结合梁连接件的受力。在汽车荷载作用下结合梁连接件的受力与荷载的布置形式有较大的关系,采用车道荷载与车辆荷载相结合并考虑车辆荷载横向偏载的布置形式,能充分反映结合梁连接件的最不利受力情况。In the light of the problem that the mechanical behavior of the shear stud connectors of composite girder calculated according to the current design codes can not truly reflect the actual force conditions of the connectors, a two-span continuous composite box girder bridge was selected as an example and the mechanical behavior of the connectors of the bridge under the action of the motor load was studied. The differences of the mechanical behavior of the connectors calculated by the link finite element model and by the plate and shell-solid finite element model were compared and the influences of the different motor load patterns on the mechanical behavior of the connectors were analyzed. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the plate and shell-solid finite element method can better truly reflect the global and local effect of the motor load and the non-uniform forces of the connectors in the same cross section. Therefore, the method should be preferably used to calculate the force conditions of the connectors. Under the action of the motor load, the force conditions of the connectors are closely relevant to the arrangement ways of the load. By uti- lizing the combined method of the lane load and motor load and by considering the arrangement ways of transverse eccentric load of the motor load, the worst force conditions of the connectors can be adequately reflected.
