摘 要:首次以关中地区为研究对象,通过收集各排放源的活动水平数据,选取国内外研究中的排放因子,采用排放因子法"自上而下"建立了2011年关中地区人为源大气污染物排放清单。结果表明:2011年关中地区人为源SO2、NOx、CO、PM10、VOCs、NH3的排放量分别为400.254×103t、342.412×103t、2 731.302×103t、573.193×103t、350.523×103t、323.312×103t。其中渭南是SO2、NOx、CO的主要排放城市,西安是VOCs的主要排放城市,咸阳是NH3的主要排放城市,咸阳、铜川同为PM10的主要排放城市;SO2、NOx、CO的主要排放源为工业用煤炭燃烧,VOCs的主要排放源为炼焦、涂料等工业生产过程,PM10的主要排放源为农田秸秆燃烧,NH3的主要排放源为农业化肥施用。清单的不确定性来自活动水平数据的不完善及排放因子缺乏本地特征两方面。为提高清单的可信度,将研究结果与其他排放清单进行比较,结果表明差异度较小。This study takes it as a research goal to develop a new anthropogenic air pollutant emission inventory in Guanzhong Region,Shaanxi,including the urban areas of such cities as Xi'an,Tongchuan,Baoji,Xianyang and Weinan for a year period of2011 with the emission factor method and the "Bottom-Up"approach. The actual data included in the inventory has been collected by searching through the official statistics data of 5 cities in that year and the emission indexes quoted both from home and abroad. The air pollutants herein mentioned include SO2,NOx,CO,PM10,VOCs and NH3. The aforementioned six pollutants can be divided into three categories: the civilian energy-consumption combustion source,the car-combustion source and non-energy combustion area sources. Specifically speaking,the energy combustion sources,such as the industrial coal-burning consumption creates emissions of SO2,NOx,and CO,whereas the chemical products and industrial consumption of petrols and paints create mainly VOCs. As to the straw burning,it can be regarded as the main emission source of PM10,while the agricultural consumption source,such as the application of fertilizers should be seen as the main emission source of NH3. Thus,the results of our analysis demonstrate that the total anthropogenic air pollutant emissions for SO2,NOx,CO,PM10,VOCs,NH3 are 400. 254 ×103t,342. 412 × 103 t,2 731. 302 × 103 t,573. 193 × 103 t,350. 523 × 103 t,323. 312 × 103 t,respectively. What should be added is that Weinan Region contributes the greatest part to the emissions of SO2( 50. 0%),NOx( 40. 7%) and CO( 47. 6%).As the biggest city of the region,Xi'an,has to account for the chief emissions of VOCs,which is equal to 33. 7% of the total VOCs emission. Xianyang,the second largest industrial area just next to Xi'an,accounts for the largest emission of NH3( 38. 0%of the total NH3emission). Besides,Xianyang and Tongchuan are the major sources for PM10( approximately 22. 1% of the total PM10 each for the two). The main uncertainty so
