摘 要:目的探讨以护理程序为导向的社区实景体验在社区护理学中应用的教学效果。方法在2011级护理本科学生的社区护理学教学中,采用以社区护理程序为主线的社区实景体验教学,体验结束后师生分别对教学的整个过程进行反思、评价和总结。结果社区实景体验教学有利于提升学生思维品质,巩固社区理论知识,培养自主学习意识、团队协作精神,提高解决问题、沟通等专业胜任能力,且反思学习能持续促进教学相长。结论社区实景体验有利于促进学生理实融合,提高社区护理学教学质量。Objective To explore the teaching effect of nursing program oriented situational practice in the teaching of community nursing.Methods The nursing undergraduate students of Grade 2011 used nursing program oriented situational practice in the teaching of com-munity nursing. Both teachers and students evaluated, reflected and summarized the whole course after practicing. Results The community situational practice teaching was favourable to promote the students’ thinking quality, consolidate the community of theoretical knowledge, cultivate autonomous learning awareness, team cooperation spirits, improve problem-solving, communication and other professional competence, and reflective learning could promote the teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Conclusion The community situational practice teaching was favourable to promote the students integrates theory and practice, and improved the quality of the teaching of community nursing.
