摘　　要：世界中医学发展关系人类健康福祉,规范世界中医学发展应从中医学教育着手,正本清源。教师是世界中医学教育的核心资源,本文基于世界中医学教育专业教师现状,深入分析世界中医学教育专业教师发展面临的问题,研究探索促进世界中医学教育专业教师发展的可行方法与措施。The development of world TCM matters the human well-being, it is necessary to regulate the development of world TCM by fo-cusing on the TCM education to march along with the right way. Teachers are the core resources of world TCM education, based on the professional teachers current situation of world TCM specialty, the problem that world TCM education faces is analyzed deeply to explore the possible ways and measures for the promotion of the professional teachers development of world TCM education in the article.
