摘 要:研究以学习空间为中介变量,建立共享心智模式对创新绩效作用机制跨层次概念模型。使用跨层次分析方法验证概念模型,得出结论:个体层面共享心智模式对个体和团队创新绩效都有显著正面影响;团队层面共享心智模式对团队和个体创新绩效都有显著正面影响;个体层面学习空间是个体层面共享心智模式和个体创新绩效的部分中介变量,在团队层面共享心智模式与个体创新绩效间起部分中介作用;团队层面学习空间是团队体层面共享心智模式和团队创新绩效的部分中介变量,在个体层面共享心智模式与团队创新绩效间起部分中介作用。In the knowledge economy era, innovation is considered to be an important and necessary means to grow a business. In order to reduce the cost of innovation and innovation risk, enterprises have chosen the way of cooperation and innovation. In the co-innovation process, it is important to integrate different innovation bodies' advantages for improving innovation performance. This study will adopt a shared mental model, use the model's antecedent variables, and study the relationships among the perspectives of structure research organization learning-learning space and innovation performance. Meanwhile, when individual members of the units nest into a co-innovation team, team-level variables and individual-level variables will trigger cross-level interactions. Therefore, co-innovation performance is not equal to simple summation of individual innovation performance. This study sets learning space as an intermediary variable, and constructs the function mechanism on innovation performance. On the basis of it, this study adopts the multi-hierarchical regression analysis(HLM) to demonstrate the established theoretical analysis framework with a view to provide new ideas and methods for promoting individual and team innovation performance.The results show that there is a significantly direct promoting effect of Individual shared mental models on individual and team innovation performance. In addition, there is a significantly direct promoting effect of team shared mental models on team and individual innovation performance. At the same time, an individual learning space serves as a partially intermediary variable in the relationships between individual shared mental models and individual innovation performance.
