摘　　要：大学物理的教学不仅要让学生掌握物理学的概念和规律,而且在教授的过程中让学生认真体会物理学中的物理思维、掌握物理方法。本文以光的本质认识为例,挖掘其中的物理思维和物理方法。在教学中注重物理思维和物理方法的渗透,有助于培养学生自觉的物理思维方法。The students should not only master physical concepts and laws in the course of college physics teaching, but also mas-ter the physical ideas and methods. This paper, based on under-standing the nature of light, mines physical thinking and methods from it. The teachers should attach importance to physics think-ing and physics method, which helps to cultivate students＇ con-scious physical thinking.
