摘　　要："慕课"是一种新兴的在线课程教学模式,这种教学模式采取开放的网络形式,把优秀的教学资源较好的融合起来,对知识点进行最优呈现。将"慕课"教学模式应用到生理学实验教学过程中,可以极大地提高学生学习的兴趣,同时也将改善传统的生理学实验教学模式。通过教学模式的深入改革与实践,优化并完善生理学实验教学内容与体系,最终实现信息技术优势与传统教育深度融合,构建起以学生为中心的教学模式,使生理学实验教学的质量与效果得到提高。MOOCs is a new online course teaching mode, which integrates excellent teaching resources, presents the knowledge points by the best state. Applying the MOOCs teaching mode to the physiology experiment teaching process would improve students＇ learning interest as well as perfects the traditional teaching mode. Through the reform of the teaching mode and practice, integrating the information technology and traditional education, building a student-centered teaching mode. So that the quality and effectiveness of physiology experimental teaching would be improved.
