摘 要:目的研究情景模拟教学法在麻醉本科临床实习期间的应用效果。方法随机将58名麻醉本科实习学生分成两组,对照组29名学生采用传统的示教法进行临床技能培训;实验组29名学生采用情景模拟教学法进行临床技能培训。两组学生在培训结束后参加理论与操作考核,统计分析两组学生成绩,并调查带教老师对实习学生的评价及学生对情景模拟教学法的认可程度。结果实验组学生理论及操作成绩优于对照组,两组之间有显著差异。带教老师对实验组学生综合评价优于对照组。实验组学生对带教满意度高于对照组,两组之间有显著差异。结论情景模拟教学法在麻醉本科临床实习中起积极作用,可提高麻醉本科学生临床实习期间的理论成绩和操作技能。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of application of scenario simulation teaching in clinical practice in anesthesiology undergraduates. Methods 58 students were divided into two groups, the control group of 29 students with the traditional teaching method of clinical skills training, 29 students in the experimental group using the scene simulation teaching method to carry out clinical skills training. The theories and practice assessment were investigated after the clinical practice. The comments from the teachers and the students were also evaluated.ResultsThe experimental group students had significantly higher scores in theories and practice examination compared with the control group. In addition, the comments from the teachers and the students were significantly better in experimental group.Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching in anesthesiology undergraduates played a positive role in their clinical practice, which could improved the theories and practice results.
