摘 要:国五排放标准对汽车厂商提出了较高的挑战,对于搭载了进气道喷射的增压发动机和湿式双离合器自动变速箱的SUV车型来讲尤为严峻。本文分析了此类车型的特点,基于对国五排放法规的解析,提出了应对的技术方案。通过对若干次排放污染物测量秒采数据的分析总结,在综合考虑并优化了发动机管理系统和变速箱管理系统的标定后,最终获得理想的排放结果,新鲜催化器的排放结果达到国五法规限值的58%以内,满足开发目标的要求。Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light- duty vehicles( China 5)is a big challenge for Chinese manufacturers and especially for SUVs installed with turbocharged engines that have been applied with the manifold injection as well as the wet DCT transmission. This paper analyzes the natures of these series vehicles and raises a technical calibration solution based on the analysis of stage V legislation. We assessed the pollution results in forms of second sample data from several tests and optimized the management systems for the engine and its transmission. As a result,ideal emissions are obtained. The new emissions after the catalyst arrive below 58% limits required in the stage V,satisfying the developed target.
