摘　　要：华侨领袖陈嘉庚先生创办了鳌园与华侨博物院,体现了他在文博事业中的实践精神。在建馆思想上,他以爱国情为动因,以民族风貌为原则,并对博物馆的性质功能、藏品陈列、命名规划等问题进行了论说。嘉庚精神为中华儿女竖起了光辉典范。Huaqiao＇ s leader Tan Kah Kee established Au Garden and Huaqiao Museum,which were the practical outgrowth of his museum career. He sticked to national style when designing the museum. He proposed viewpoints in the aspects of the function,show,name and plan of the museum. Tan Kah Kee＇ s spirits can be seen during the museums＇ establishment. His practices and thoughts in the area of museum have important meaning.
