摘　　要：如何既使企业满意又使学生学到真正的本领,已成为当前职业学校改革的一个议题。本文在阐释"现代学徒制"的内涵与特点基础上,结合陕西青年职业学院实践和做法,使职业学校培养的学生是按照企业的要求来量身定做,有针对性地提出了具体措施、思考和建议。How to make enterprise satisfied and let students learn authentic competency has become a crucial issue in vocational colleges＇ reform.Based on the connotation and characteristics of＇Modern Apprenticeship System＇,the essay executed concrete statement and combined the practice,conductions and proposed measurements,ponders and suggestions that vocational college should cultivate students in accordance with the requirement from enterprises.
