教育理论和教育实践的本然冲突与可能性纾解

摘　　要：教育理论与教育实践并非和谐共存,两者之间存有本然冲突。表现为教育理论的理想性与教育实践的务实性冲突,教育理论的宏观性与教育实践的复杂性冲突,教育理论的自洽性与教育实践的实效性冲突。纾解两者冲突的路径在于双方相互理解与合作、实践者习得教育智慧、理论研究者聚焦于问题式研究。Education theory and education practice do not harmoniously get along with each other, but there exist inherent conflicts between them. These conflicts can be seen in three ways： idealism versus practicality, macro-theory versus practice complexity, self-consistency versus effectiveness. In order to alleviate these conflicts, we should take such measures as mutual understanding and cooperation, practitioners acquiring educational wisdom, and theory researchers focusing on the problem-oriented study.
