摘　　要：校本教师教育是教师教育的理想途径。本文在对校本教师教育的起源、定义和意义进行介绍、分析的基础上探讨了现行教育体制对于校本教师教育实施中造成的教师教育理念、时间精力、学习共同体创建及角色定位等方面的影响,并提出了相应的实施建议与解决对策。School-based teacher education is an ideal way of teacher education. Based on the introduction and analysis of the origin, definition and meaning of school-based teacher education,this paper discusses the influence of the present educational system on the implementation of school-based teacher education in idea, time and energy, learning community construction and role orientation, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions.
