摘 要:目的:调查宁波地区不同医院、不同层次护士职业认知度,分析影响职业认知的主要因素。方法采用护士职业认知量表对宁波地区28家各级医院1535名临床在职注册护士进行调查。结果以喜欢护理专业为择业动机占6.7%,认为护理专业有发展前景占11.9%,欲脱离临床一线岗位占50.2%,工作中感到有压力占88.7%。不同医院等级、工作部门、编制在护士职业压力中存在显著性差异( P<0.05)。结论宁波地区护士职业认知水平偏低,大部分护士感到有工作压力,对工作满意度低,工作部门是影响护士职业压力的主要因素。Objective To investigate nurses' occupation cognition level in different hospitals in Ningbo area and to explore the main factors influencing nurses'job burnout.Methods An questionnaire of nurses'occupation cognition was used in the study.One thousand five hundreds and thirty five registered nurses of 28 hospitals in Ningbo area were enrolled.Results In the career motivation, there were 6.7%nurses selected nursing field due to enjoy this field, 11.9%nurses considered that there would be a bright future in nursing field, 50.2% nurses wanted to leave wards, 88.7%nurses experienced job orientated stress.A significant difference was detected in different hospitals, work places and types of contract in job orientated stress (P〈0.05) .Conclusions Nurses'occupation cognition in Ningbo area is low.Majority of nurses undertand job orientated stress and a low job satisfaction is found in the samples.Work place is the main factor influencing nurses'job orientated stress in the study area.
