摘　　要：民族高等院校应深入分析自身发展历史、现状及未来趋势,研究自身获得发展的前提,为自身定位提供充分的理论和实践支撑。民族高等院校具有良好的发展基础与独特优势,应抓住"一带一路"战略发展机遇,不断提高其核心竞争力。Ethnic universities should analyze their development history,present situation and future trend,and study the premise for their development so as to provide a strong theoretical and practical support for their orientation. Having the solid development foundation and unique advantages,ethnic universities should grasp the strategic development opportunity of ＂One Belt and One Road ＂ to improve their core competitiveness.
