摘　　要：加强武陵山片区农村薄弱学校建设,需要对农村薄弱学校准确定位,要塑造内生和外生相结合的策略机制,形成农村薄弱学校的办学特色。加强农村薄弱学校建设,对于促进武陵山片区义务教育发展乃至最终取得扶贫攻坚的胜利具有重要意义。In order to develop rural weak schools in Wulingshan Area, accurate orientation of these schools should be made and strategic mechanism to combine both endogenous and exogenous factors should be adopted to develop school-running characteristics. To enhance the development of rural weak schools is of great value for the development of compulsory education and for poverty alleviation in Wulingshan Area.
