摘　　要：探讨和分析了大型国际项目设计进度管理的方法和流程,综合运用"WBS、赢得值分析、S曲线"等理论方法,结合P6软件,提出一套可操作性强、科学高效的管理方法,并在蒙古国OT项目的设计进度管理工作中得以全面应用,效果良好,证实了该管理方法的可行性和可靠性。The schedule management method and its process for engineering design of large international projects are discussed. Combining the theories such as the work breakdown structure（ WBS）,earned value analysis and S- curve model,and the P6 software,an operable and efficient management method is proposed,which has been fully applied in the schedule management of the OT project in Mongolia. Successful application of the method proves its feasibility and reliability.
