城镇化进程中我国社会公德建设面临的主要难题

摘　　要：城镇化进程需要良好的社会公德提供精神支撑。在我国城镇化进程中社会公德建设面临着三方面的主要难题:一是转型农民和城市市民的道德素质不能适应城镇化和现代文明发展的要求;二是市场化机制对社会公德建设带来了巨大的冲击,表现为尊重意识的缺乏和人际冲突的增加以及公共责任意识的弱化;三是传统伦理体系向现代伦理体系的转型将是一个长期的和艰难的过程。Urbanization process calls for spiritual support of social morality. There are three problems： 1） farmers and citizens＇ moral quality cannot meet the requirements of urbanization and the development of modern civilization;2） the market mechanism has great impact on the social morality construction,such as the lack of proper respect,the increase in the interpersonal conflicts and the weakening of the awareness of public responsibility; 3） the transition from the traditional ethics system to the modern ethics system will be a long and difficult process.
