摘　　要：成立科研兴趣小组,克服了传统本科教学中存在的弊端,有利于提高学生的综合素质。文章针对高等药学院校大学生教育的不足,结合本校开展科研兴趣小组的经历,探讨了科研兴趣小组对于人才培养的重要性。Research interest group overcomes the disadvantages that exist in the traditional teaching of undergraduate course and improves the comprehensive quality students. In the paper, aimed at the shortcomings of the higher medicine college and universities undergraduate education and combined with the experience of our school to carry out the scientific research interest group, we discuss the research interest groups for the importance of cultivation of talents.
