高职航海类专业学生职业素质训练的实施途径研究

摘　　要：以STCW公约马尼拉修正案对海员适任标准的新要求为参照,分析了高职航海类专业学生应具备的职业素质,进而构建了职业素质训练的模式,并针对高职航海院校如何实施职业素质训练提出了具体措施。论述了以职业素质为导向构建航海类专业课程体系、以海上教学工厂为平台搭建真实的实习环境以及航海文化的营造对于学生潜移默化的影响等内容,旨在为航海院校加强学生职业素质训练提供有益的参考。With the new requirements of STCW Manila amendments of competency for seafarers as references,this article starts the analysis of the professional quality students should have,then builds up the professional quality training mode,and put forward the specific measures on how to implement the professional quality training ways in navigation colleges. This paper also discusses the specialized curriculum system based on the professional quality,the practice environment with sea- site teaching factory as a platform and the subtle influence of students from Marine culture construction in order provide the beneficial reference to maritime colleges and universities to strengthen the students＇ vocational quality training.
