摘　　要：以嘉应学院为例,分析了"3+1"人才培养模式下校外实习的弊端,论述了建立地方院校校企联合GIS实训实验室的必要性,探讨了基于联合GIS实训实验室共同建立合作育人、双师型教师队伍、实践教学平台等运行机制,保障校企合作双方的利益,规范校企共建GIS实训实验室的管理制度,促进校企合作的健康持续发展。Taking GIS specialty in Jiaying University for example, based on the ' 3 + 1 ' talent training mode, this paper analyzed some disadvantages about the practice outside school for local colleges. Constructing GIS inside-school practice lab based on school-enterprise cooperation was very useful. The paper discussed the operating mechanism of GIS practice lab for the cooperation between school and enterprise, such as cooperative education, the construction of double-quality teachers and practice teaching platform. Regulating the management policies for school-enterprise joint GIS practice lab can ensure the interests between the school and enterprise and promote the healthy sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation.
