摘　　要：高校毕业生综合素质直接影响着就业和自身的发展，提高大学生的综合素质已迫在眉捷。大学生的综合素质培养途径除学生内在意识行为外，更需要高校为学生创造和谐环境。从和谐沟通环境、育人环境、发展环境的构建来提高大学生的综合素质，是高校提高大学生综合素质的重要举措。As the comprehensive qualities of college graduates have a direct influence on their employment and self-development, it is imminent to improve comprehensive qualities of college students. The development of com- prehensive qualities of college students requires internal consciousness behavior and it is more necessary that col- leges create harmonious environment for students. The important measures of colleges to improve comprehensive qualities of college students are construction of harmonious communication environment, educational environment and development environment
