播音主持专业学生实践教学的探索与创新

摘　　要：随着教育体系的不断改革和完善,一种新型教学模式逐渐走入课堂——"实践教学"。它更有利于提高教学效率和教学质量,以"实践"作为基本出发点,基于亲自动手动脑的教育理念开展教育活动。在教学过程中实践教学更是强调建构一种具有教育性、创造性、实践性并且以学生主体活动为主要形式,以激励学生主动参与、主动思考、主动探索为基本特征,以促进学生总体素质全面发展为主要目的的教学观念和教学形式。近年来,实践教学得到推广与发展,这种教学模式给教育教学带来的新发展与新突破,它的优势明显,给老师、同学带来的高质量教学与更有趣的学习环境,探讨这种教学模式对巩固理论知识和加深对理论认识的重要作用以及对培养具有创新意识的播音主持专业高素质人才的重要作用。With the constant reform and improvement of the educational system,a new model of instruction—＂practice teaching＂—has gradually been ushered into the classroom,which is more conducive to improving the teaching efficiency and quality in that the educational activity is conducted based on the educational idea of using one＇s hands and brain with ＂practice＂as its fundamental starting point. In its teaching process,efforts should be made,as is stressed,to set up a new teaching concept and teaching mode aimed at highlighting edutainment,creativity and practicality with students＇ principal activities as its main form,motivating students＇ active participation,thinking and exploration,and facilitating the integrated development of students＇ overall quality. In recent years,practice teaching has witnessed promotion and development,thus having brought about new development and breakthroughs in education and teaching. Moreover,with its distinctive advantage,it has also provided high quality teaching and more interesting learning environments for teachers and students. Therefore,a probe into this teaching mode is of great significance for consolidating theoretic knowledge and furthering theoretic cognition as well as for training high-quality and innovation-conscious professionals in broadcasting and hosting art.
