摘　　要：课堂评价是课堂教学中一个必需环节,教师对学生学习过程与结果的合理、恰当评价是促进学生发展、提高教学效率的有效教育手段。文章结合自己几年来的有机化学教学实践,谈谈有机化学高效课堂教学中有效性评价的探索与实践。The evaluation is essential step in class teaching. The reasonable and proper evaluation from teachers to students during the study is one of the effective means to promote students＇ development and enhance the teaching efficiency. In the paper, the exploration and practice on the validity evaluation of efficient class teaching were put forward based on my teaching practice of organic chemistry.
