摘  要:教学与科研是高校两大基本任务。伴随高校扩招、排名,教师考核、评职称、评级等问题,教学与科研矛盾日益突出。通过对宁夏医科大学生师比情况、课时完成情况、SCI论文发表情况、科研项目资助情况的实证研究,反映了教学与科研面临的突出问题:公共基础课程教师短缺,课时多的科研成果少,不同学科科研成果多少不同。提高教学工作的收入、竞争性和奖励力度,分类管理教师岗位是解决这些问题的重要措施。Teaching and research are two basic tasks of university. With the expansion of college enrollment, ranking, teacher assessment, assessment, rating and other issues, teaching and research are increasingly prominent contradictions. To reflect an outstanding problems faced by the teaching and research of Ningxia Medical College teacher, class completed, SCI papers published empirical research, scientific research projects funded by: shortage of teachers of public fundamental courses, fewer hours of research, different achievements in scientific research of much different. Improving the income, competition and reward of teaching work, the classification management of teachers is an important measure to solve these problems.
