摘　　要：近年来,很多高职院校都对"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式进行了探索和实践,取得了一些成果,也发现了一些问题。要对这种模式进行创新,就要从政府、企业和学校三个角度出发,建立三位一体、深度融合的"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式。In recent years, many higher vocational college have carried out the exploration and practice of ＂work-study combination、school-enterprise cooperation＂ talent cultivating mode, achieved some results but also found some problems. To make innovation of this model, we should establish the trinity、deep integration of ＂work-study combination、school-enterprise cooperation＂ talent cultivating mode from the three perspectives of government、enterprise and school.
