摘　　要：开展化学实验技能竞赛既可以为学生创新能力的培养提供一个广阔的平台,又可以提高实验教学水平,促进师资队伍建设。文章以我校为例讨论了化学实验技能大赛的组织实施、以及在化学实验教学中的作用。Carrying out chemistry experiment skill competition will cultivate the innovation ability of the students. It can improve the level of experimental teaching and promote the ability of Faculties. We discuss the organization and enforcement of chemistry experiment skill competition and effect in chemical experiment teaching in the paper.
