摘　　要：结合深化教育领域综合改革,提炼高等学校教育教学管理中院系层次教学运行管理之不足,从本科人才培养方案制订、学科专业大类平台课程组组建和运行、本科教学基础管理、教师能力提升、实践教学建设、质量工程建设等方面探索院系层次教学运行管理机制的建立和完善。Combined with deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education, Insufl3cient of teach- ing operation management in School and department level is refined.It explores the establishment of department level teaching management mechanism and perfect from undergraduate talent training plan formulation,discipline specialty platform course group formation and operation and management,Unc!ergraduate teaching basic managemerit, teachers teaching ability promotion, practice teaching construction, quality engineering.
