摘  要:学徒制主要是师傅向徒弟传授职业技能,同时具有言传身教的育人功能。学徒制从家庭作坊走进学校,从一对一的单独培训到学校的规模培训,是职业教育的一个飞跃,也是从古代传统学徒制走向现代学徒制的一个重要转折点,实现了职业教育技能培训的跨越式发展。校企合作标志着现代学徒制的形成,以现代教育技术为标志的情境认知学徒制是职业教育的新境界。Apprenticeship is that the masters teach vocational skills to the apprentice, and will also instruct and influence the apprentice by the master' s word and deed. From family workshops to the school, From one -to - one training to standardized training in school, apprenticeship is a leap of vocational education, and also an im- portant turning point from the traditional apprenticeship system to the modern apprenticeship system, which has realized the great - leap - forward development of vocational education skills training. College - Enterprise coopera- tion is the formation of the modern apprenticeship, the situation cognition apprentice system marked by modern educational technology is a new reahn of vocational education.
