摘  要:目的:探索适用性较强、效果较好的医患沟通培训模式.方法对某肿瘤专科医院参加医患沟通培训的853名医务人员进行问卷调查,运用单因素方差分析进行培训效果评价.结果培训的总体满意度得分为4.52分,各环节的满意度均在4.46~4.58分之间,其中对案例情景演示的满意度得分最高,达到了4.58分;不同职称、不同工龄、不同岗位类型的职工对培训认可程度的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论通过对专题讲座、情景演示、案例讨论和问卷反馈“四位一体”的培训模式进行评价表明,医患沟通培训模式能够启发培训对象进行自我教育和深思,具有良好的培训效果,可以作为一种新模式进行推广.Objectives To explore well-applicable and well-effective doctor-patient communication training mode. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 853 medical personnel participated in doctor-patient communi-cation training in one tumor-specialized hospital.The training effectiveness was evaluated by using single factor anal-ysis of variance.Results The overall satisfaction of the training was 4.52,and the satisfaction of each link was from 4.46 to 4.58,while the satisfaction to the case scenario was the highest,reaching to 4.58.Moreover,the satisfac-tions were different in terms of professional title,length of service and type of job (P 〈0.05).Conclusions Establis-hing “four-in-one”doctor-patient communication training mode,which containing seminar,scene demonstration, case discussions,questionnaire feedback,can inspire training objects to conduct self-education and ponder.This mode has obtained good effect and should be promoted.
