对临床带教中学生学习中西医困惑的教学思考

摘  要:中、西医学在认识人体生理病理及诊治疾病方面不同的理论体系和思维模式导致本科生在初学时存在这样或那样的困惑。教师在临床带教中应遵循中西医2门学科的特点,不但从理论上尽量解答学生学习中的疑惑,同时结合临床研究案例引导学生正确认识中、西医关系,让学生明白二者研究对象均为人体,学习中西医时应摆脱非此即彼的"零和思维",要取长补短、发挥各自优势,达到"双赢"结果。由此帮助中医药院校学生更好地对待和掌握中西医2种医学体系,为进一步深入学习打下坚实基础。Chinese medicine is different from Western medicine in terms of understanding human physiology andpathology and diagnosing and treating disease. Different theoretical systems and thinking modes of the two oftencause various puzzles among undergraduate beginners. In clinical teaching, teachers should not only solve students' puzzles in theory, but also combine with clinical research case to guide them to understand the relationship betweenChinese medicine and Western medicine. They both take human body as object of study. There is no"one or theother"relation of them. The teachers should encourage their students to make the best of the two medical systems soas to lay a solid foundation for in-depth study.
