摘　　要：中等职业教育是我国技能教育的重要形式之一,以培养企业一线岗位技术性人才为办学目的,在教学中应强调理论与实践相结合,培养学生的技术操作能力,但中等职业教育仍以传统的封闭式教学管理模式进行管理,严重影响着中等职业教育教学管理的质量。为了更好地做好中等职业教育教学管理工作,应深入了解中等职业教育教学管理的内容,找出存在的问题,从而提出改进的策略。The secondary vocational education is an important form of technical education,in order to cultivate talent for the front- line positions of technical school purposes. It emphasized the combination of theory and practice in the teaching,and to cultivate students＇ technical operations capabilities,but Secondary vocational education is still in the traditional closed teaching management mode of management,which seriously affects the quality of secondary vocational education teaching management. In order to do a better job of the teaching management of secondary vocational education,we should understand the content of secondary vocational education and find out the existing problems,and thus put forward the improvement strategies
