摘 要:目的:通过在流行病学实验课中采用案例式与问题式相结合的教学模式,探讨学生掌握并应用流行病学知识处理实际问题的效果。方法:选取2009级预防医学专业、卫生检验与检疫专业学生共96名,利用随机数字表法进行随机分组,分为教改组、对照组,每组48名。教改组基于具体案例提出相关问题,要求学生针对问题自行查找相关解决措施;对照组采用传统方式对学生讲解案例中涉及到相关的理论知识和采取的具体预防控制措施。通过比较两组学生理论知识的掌握程度、考核采取的处理措施及填写自制的带教满意度问卷进行效果评价。结果:在理论知识、案例分析、期末成绩、学生对教学效果评价及对教学方法的支持程度方面,案例式与问题式相结合的教学模式优于传统的教学模式(P<0.05)。结论:流行病学实验课应用案例式与问题式相结合的教学模式可使学生更好地掌握流行病学的理论知识,有效促进师生互动、教学相长,有利于全面提高流行病学教学质量与教学水平。Objective:To discuss the effect of students' mastery and application of epidemiological knowledge to deal with the practical problems,adopting the teaching model based on the combination of cases and problems in the experiment course of epidemiology.Methods:96students enrolled in 2009 from two majors(preventive medicine,and health inspection and quarantine)in our college were randomly divided into the teaching reform group and the control group in accordance with the random number table,48 students in each group.In the teaching reform group the related issues were put forward based on the concrete cases,and then students were required to find some relevant measures on their own to solve the problems.In the control group the relevant theoretical knowledge involved in cases and the concrete preventive and control measures taken were explained for students in the traditional way.The effect was evaluated by means of comparing the degree of mastering the theoretical knowledge,the corresponding assessment measures adopted in exams and the self-made teaching satisfaction questionnaire filled between the two groups.Results:Case-problem combined teaching mode is significantly superior to the traditional teaching mode in the theoretical knowledge,case analysis,final examination and students' evaluation concerning about the teaching effect,and the students' level of support for the teaching method(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Case-problem combined teaching mode applied in the experiment course of epidemiology enables students preferably grasp the theoretical knowledge of epidemiology,effectively promoting the interaction and benefiting between teachers and students,which is helpful for the all-round improvement in the teaching quality and teaching level of epidemiology.
