摘　　要：随着经济全球化进一步加剧,职业教育发展进入新常态。职业院校想要在激烈的市场竞争中立足,必须建立具有自己特色的校园文化。职业院校应不断分析新形势赋予校园文化的新内涵,掌握校园文化建设的新特点。重点在建立常态化的文化管理机制、组建规模化的文化合作机构、拓展多样化的文化宣传途径、开展内容丰富的校园文化活动等方面探究职业院校校园文化建设方法和途径,努力探索适合职业院校特点的校园文化建设策略。With the further economic globalization, the development of vocational education has entered a new normal state.Vocational colleges want to establish the campus culture with their own characteristics in the fierce market competition. The vocational colleges should analyze the new connotation of the campus culture, and grasp the new features of the campus culture construction. The key is to establish normal cultural management mechanism, the large-scale agency for cultural cooperation, to expand diversified cultural propaganda way, and to organize rich campus cultural activities to explore methods and ways of campus culture construction in vocational colleges, and to explore the strategies on the construction of campus culture suitable for vocational colleges＇ characteristics.
