摘　　要：为了提高教学质量,分析了"90后"高职生的特点,提出了"激、动、平、反"四步法构建新型"智慧课堂"的具体措施,并对新型"智慧课堂"的实施成效进行了总结。To improve teaching quality, we analyzed the characteristic of the post-90 s generation higher vocational students.According to the characteristic, we discussed the detailed measures for the construction of new＂wisdom classroom＂from the following 4 steps： incentive, positive action, evaluation and feedback. Finally, we summarized the results of the new＂wisdom classroom＂which had been implemented for 4 years.
