培育农科研究生乡土情怀的重要性探讨

摘　　要：农科研究生作为掌握农业专业知识和专业技能的精英人才,应该成为解决"三农"问题的脊梁.实现农科研究生在农村的就业对于"三农"、个人及社会的发展都有着相当重要而又深远的意义.关于农科研究生乡土情怀的含义我们可以理解为农科研究生对乡村的热爱之情.文章从阐释这一概念出发,着力论述对其加以培育和提升的理论及现实意义.Agricultural postgraduates, as elite talents of mastering agricultural professional knowledge and skills, should become the back- bone of solving the problem of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. Jobs for agricultural postgraduate students in the countryside have a very important and far-reaching significance on “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, personal and social development. About the meaning of agri- cultural postgraduates＇ localism we can understand for agricultural postgraduate students＇ love for the countryside. Based on explaining this concept, the paper emphatically discusses the theoretical and practical significance of cultivating and promoting agricultural postgraduates＇ lo-calism.
