摘　　要：目的:了解新疆塔城地区裕民县哈萨克族高中生龋病情况,为其预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法:根据WHO口腔健康调查方法,2014年5月共调查267例高中生的龋齿发病情况,由经过培训的牙科医生采用口内直视法进行检查。结果:267例受检者患龋率为67.00%,女生患龋率明显高于男生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.73,P<0.01)。龋齿充填率仅为0.76%。结论:新疆塔城地区裕民县哈萨克族高中生患龋程度非常高,充填率非常低,加强学生及家长口腔卫生保健知识宣传非常紧迫。Objective To be gathered the information about the dental caries among the students at Yumin Kazak senior middle school in Tacheng area,Xinjiang province.Establish the scientific basis,to prevent and treat dental caries there. Methods According to the WHO oral health survey method, about 267 cases of dental caries have been investigated via eye-measurement inspecting open mouth method by trained dentist in May 2014. Results In these 267 cases, the caries rate was about 67.00% ,and the caries rate among the female students was significantly higher than that among the male students.The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=29.73,P〈0.01）.Dental caries filling rate was only 0.76%. Conclusion Among the Yumin Kazak high school,caries prevalence is very high and the filling rate is very low.To propaganda oral health knowledge to the students and their parents there is very important and urgent.
