需求不确定且依赖于价格下供应链数量折扣与退货组合契约研究

摘　　要：需求不确定且依赖于价格下,建立了全球供应链数量折扣与退货组合契约模型,得到了使全球供应链协调的组合契约参数。组合契约使供应链系统总利润接近于集中决策下供应链系统最大利润,而且供应商和销售商的利润均得到改善。在同样的组合契约下,销售商通过购买汇率期权,可以规避汇率变化的风险,提高自己的利润。The model of combined contract with quantity discount and return policy for global supply chain is proposed. The parameters of the combined contract to coordinate the supply chain are obtained. The profit of the supply chain with the combined contract is near to the maximum profit of the supply chain in the mode of centralized decision. The profits of the supplier and the vendor are both increased also. With the same combined contract, the vendor can buy currency option to avoid the risk of exchange rate and improve his profit further.
