摘 要:通过对天津赛乐的案例研究,探讨了在技术环境动态性和市场环境动态性影响下不同形式的商业模式创新和适应性成长之间的作用关系。研究发现科技型创业企业成长是一种简单适应性成长和复杂适应性成长交替实现的非线性成长过程,其中复杂适应性成长的作用更为重要;在动态环境下,基于交易内容和交易结构改变的商业模式创新更有利于科技型创业企业实现复杂适应性成长;科技型创业企业商业模式创新与适应性成长共同作用有助于构建基于商业生态系统的竞争优势。It has important theoretical significance and practical significance to research the question of how busi- ness model innovation affects adaptive growth of science and technology entrepreneurial firms under the dynamic environment. Through in-depth case study of the company in Tianjin, this paper discusses the relationship between different forms of business model innovation and adaptive growth under the dynamic environment. The study found the growth of science and technology entrepreneurial firms is nonlinear process, and it is a kind of adaptive growth and complex adaptive growth alternate implementation. The role of the complex adaptive growth is more important. Under the dynamic environment, business model innovation based on the transaction content and structure change is more advantageous to complex adaptive growth of science and technology entrepreneurial firms. Science and technology entrepreneurial firm's business model innovation and adaptive growth work together to help build competitive advantage based on business ecosystem.
