教育事业理论视野下的目标管理研究

摘　　要：将事业理论引入学校教育,在教育事业理论背景下,对高职教育发展目标进行研究。实行目标管理,提升执行力,要高度关注完成目标的态度、问题处理能力及责任与使命意识;对教学单位进行考核时,不仅要考核目标完成质量,还要考核各级领导对考核对象的承诺是否兑现,以及教师群体的工作积极性是否得到提升等。The paper, by introducing the education theory into school education, makes a research on the development goals of higher vocational education under the background of education cause theory. Implementing target administration and improving the executive ability should pay high attention to the attitude to accomplish objective, the ability to resolve problems and a sense of responsibility and mission. When making assessment on the teaching units, not only should we assess the quality of objective accomplishment, but also make assessment that whether leaders at all levels keep promises for the appraisal object and teachers＇ enthusiasm for work get inspired.
