摘  要:辅导员专业成长社群是以促进专业发展为目的,通过彼此平等的对话、交流、讨论与合作,实现知识共享、专业沟通的辅导员学习与实践团体,是辅导员自身职业发展与专业成长的内在诉求以及辅导员满足个性化精神需求的重要平台,它不仅需要个人思想观念的转变,更需要高校从环境保障、资源保障、制度保障和文化保障等方面提供支持。The Advisors' Professional Growth Community is a learning and practice group meant to promote the members' professional development and achieve knowledge sharing and professional communication through dialogues, exchanges, discussions and cooperation on an equal basis. It is an important platform which meets the internal needs of advisors' occupational development and professional growth and the spiritual needs of advidors as individuals. For the Community to function well, advisors must change ideas and colleges and universities must provide guarantee in terms of environment, resources, institution and culture.
